December 2006
The Producer/Writer wanted to send off the Opening Titles of "RockChikz" to the ABC, and we suggested that the rough version of the Title Song be enhanced before sending. Unfortunately, we only had a night to do it in, so only the very basic EQing and mixing was possible. Fingers crossed.

October 2006
Spent an afternoon "On Set" with the cast and crew of "RockChikz". Our role was to play the music that the cast had to mime too, a song that was written by Producer/Writer, but recorded by Daylan Music, with the cast doing the vocals. After playing and re-playing the song 30 times, we had enough of hearing the song, but also plenty of useful and funny footage for the TV pilot.

August 2006
The recording of the new material is on hold at the moment. We have completed the music for the 2 short films previously mentioned. Unfortunately, the music for one of the films was rejected by the Editor (his loss, not ours). The music for the other film Tea for Terror was "loved" by the Producer. Despite the apparent setback, we have been asked to produce the music for a TV pilot by Vee Malnar called "RockChikz", after she viewed Tea for Terror. Hoping to get snippets of Tea for Terror up on the web site in early September.

June 2006
It's been a busy month, firstly went to Best of ShowFest 2006 at the Cat & Fiddle, Balmain, where all the Prize winning films were viewed; secondly, we have gone into the studio to record some new material; and finally, we have taken on doing the soundtracks for 2 new short films that are being entered into ActionFest 2006 in August. So you could say that we are busy, busy, busy.

Won Audience Award for Best Film at Show-Fest 2006
Feeling quite pleased with the result and our contribution, but credit is also due to the Actors and the Director/Producer Janine Hewitt. Well Done Janine.

January 2006
Finally completed the soundtrack for "Score" and handed it over to Janine to include into her final mixdown and cut of the film. We feel really happy about the music, can't wait to see it sync'd with the film.
