December 2005
Commissioned to write a soundtrack for a new Short film by Janine Hewitt for Tropfest '06. It may be only 7 minutes long but the script calls for at least 6 different themes, could be a bit of a challenge.

November 2005
Daylan launches this website. It has taken many hours to create this website, personally I prefer writing music.

October 2005
"The Intruder" received "Best Film" Award at the Eye Scream Horror Film Festival in Sydney. Janine (Writer/Director) says its the music that makes it. After 2 prizes, I guess she must be right.

May 2005
Short Film "The Intruder" received "Best Australian Short Thriller/Mystery/Suspense" Award at the Down Under International Film Festival in Darwin. Janine (Writer/Director) flew to Darwin to receive the Award.

April 2005
Short Film "The Intruder" was accepted into the St Kilda Short Film Festival and the "Dead by Dawn" Film Festival in Edinburgh UK. Wow, its going international now!

January 2005
